Over SSH with full root access, using the public key you give us when you order. You can start, stop and restart the server from your account.
Hosting and servers are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan; domains are registered for a year at a time. Prices are in pounds and every payment comes with a UK VAT invoice.
Yes. We email you before a domain or plan is due for renewal and when a payment is taken.
Yes. Registrar lock and WHOIS privacy are switched on for every domain where the registry allows it.
Your service stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We keep its settings for a short time afterwards in case you change your mind, then delete them; see the privacy notice for the details.
